Brief Biography

Mary Gallo is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Leadership and Organization Development programs in the College of Professional Studies at the University of San Francisco. Dr. Gallo has over 15 years of business experience in organization development and business management in the consumer products, manufacturing, food and beverage and management consulting industries. Her research includes organizational diagnosis and intervention, leadership theory and international service-learning. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology Loyola University Chicago and a masters and doctorate in Organization and Leadership at the University of San Francisco. In addition to teaching and research, she conducts OD consulting for a family business, serves on two boards in the bay area and is the Chairperson for the North Bay Leadership council for USF.
