Academic Computer Services

Computer labs provide students access to both Macintosh and DOS/Windows computers. A computing Help Center is open seven days a week to assist students using computers for their course work and research. Two computer labs remain open 24 hours a day.

Gleeson Library | Geschke Learning Resource Center

At USF's Gleeson Library/Geschke Learning Resources Center, the library's home page has links to over 100 databases, with general periodical and specialized academic, government, and business databases. The library has over 700,000 items, subscribes to over 2,400 periodicals and is a federal government depository.

Koret Health and Recreation Center

We offer one of the most outstanding recreational and fitness facilities on the West Coast. Our Koret Center includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool; Lifecycles, turbo bikes, stairmasters, rowing machines, and Nordic Track machines; a fully equipped weight room; a fully padded martial room; and an aerobic/dance room.

Learning and Writing Center

Our University Learning Center offers a variety of services that will help you achieve your academic goals. These free services include tutoring that is available in a variety of academic disciplines. An assortment of short workshops are offered on topics such as study skills, time management, notetaking, and following research guidelines.

The Writing Center is staffed with trained writing teachers who will work with you to master your writing skills.

Student Services

Special student support is offered through Career Services Center, Counseling and Psychological Services,  Disability Related Services Office, and Multicultural Student Services Office.
